What does your organization do?
Early Connections, recognized as one of Pennsylvania’s designated Intermediaries, is dedicated to building strong Early Childhood Education Apprenticeships and Pre-Apprenticeships. Working together, their goals are to:
- Enhance the quality of childcare,
- Support and strengthen the childcare workforce across Pennsylvania,
- Broaden career options for both high school students and childcare workers pursuing higher credentials.

How much does the Apprenticeship cost me?
If you qualify for funding, the classes and supplies are little to no cost.

What if I’m not technology inclined?
The Workforce Coordinator can help apprentices with technology questions or can connects them to other resources to help with any issues.

What if I don’t have a laptop?
We understand that this can be a barrier to education. Loaner laptops can be provided based on availability.
