Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship
As Sponsor of the Early Childhood Registered Apprenticeship Program, we connect childcare workers to opportunities to earn their credentials while working at least 25 hours a week in a childcare program. Through this initiative, childcare workers can receive support while accessing online college courses, building their CDA Professional Portfolio, and preparing for the CDA Credentialing Exam. Registered Apprentices benefit from guaranteed wage increases, consistent work hours, and the chance to translate valuable work experience into college credits. Additional support includes guidance from a trained Apprenticeship Coach and access to a loaner laptop when available, making professional advancement more accessible for dedicated early childhood educators.
